How to Apply
Step by step:
1. Begin by brushing the brow hairs down with the Spoolie end of your Pencil.
2. Outline the shape of the brow with the Pencil end, starting with the upper arch (the top of the brow).
3. Brush your hairs back up with the Spoolie end.
4. Using the Pencil, outline the bottom of the brow arch.
5. Fill in the rest of the brow using the tip of the pencil, gently sketcing in the direction of the hair’s natural growth. Apply this technique to sparse areas throughout the brow.
6. Blend with the Spoolie end for a natural look. Voila! Brow Perfection.
