Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE our beauty products; however, if you are not satisfied with your Damone Roberts product, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery by emailing fulfillment@damoneroberts.com.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not be responsible for any return mailing fees.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. All gift returns will be credited to the credit card of the gift purchaser upon receipt of the return. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
Free US shipping on all product orders over $25 (excluding DR Wax).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping rate estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
